Dear ,
Thank you for the email and interest in H12 lodges. Please confirm the dates and number of people.
We have two properties in Kenya (Brand Presentation ) at present as below:
1. Protected content Delta Dunes (Kenya) – The only lodge in East Africa at the mouth of a river offering you 67km private beach and bush experience on the waterways of Tana Delta.
Activities include kayaking; canoeing and bird watching; sundowner trips; sand-yachting; cultural visits to Orma villages; river tubing. We did the last bird count in February this year and we had Protected content species!. We have pools of hippo and crocodiles on the Tana side and enough water sporting activities if that is of interest to you on the ocean side.
The lodge is in a private conservancy in an island ideal for complete relaxation away from city life. The lodge has 60kms of private beach on one end and the Tana river on the other easily combining bush and beach experience at once.
Access is through Malindi airport and a two hour drive to the conservancy which the lodge offers at a fee.
2. Protected content Kipalo Hills (Kenya) – On Mbulia Hill in Tsavo, along the ancient elephant path, guaranteeing an elephant sighting during your stay while overlooking the lush green conservancy and Kilimanjaro on the horizon.
Activities here include game walks, game drives, night game drives, bus breakfast and hiking. Another addition can be a visit to an elephant at the Sheldricks Voi stockades, in support of conservation by adopting a young elephant and enjoying feeding and mud bath with the mature ones.
Access is through Manyani airstrip or a drive from Nairobi or the fast train. The two properties can easily be combined too.
The cost is Ksh 12,000 per person sharing plus Ksh 1,000 as conservation fees per night. Children under 6 years are free and those under 16 years pay half the price.
Kindly let me know if you need further information.
Kind regards,
