DAY 1: Mashujaa Day: Protected content Thursday October’ Protected content to Masai Mara
This morning guest will be picked from your pick-up point in Nairobi, for the start of your 4 day / 3 nights safari. We drive to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch. Dinner & overnight is enjoyed at Ashnil Mara Camp or similar.

In the afternoon explore Masai Mara on our first game drive, getting a taste of what this legendary game park has to offer! You stay in a luxury safari tent overlooking the untamed Savannah plains and woodlands of Masai Mara. At night you can hear a chorus of different animal sounds as the creatures of the wild communicate with each other in the darkness - more than enough reason to visit.

DAY 2: Friday: Protected content Friday October’ Protected content Mara Game Reserve
Today the ultimate goal is without doubt the annual wildebeest exodus, the Great Migration where we spend the day game viewing the wildebeest migration across Mara River in Kenya's finest wildlife park. On clear days, the Masai Mara offers fantastic orange tinged sunset’s well-worth capturing on camera. The Masai Mara Game Reserve is Protected content of incredible wide-open landscapes and fertile riverine woodland following the looping meanders of the Mara and Talek rivers in Kenya. One glimpse is enough to explain its appeal; it is typical open savannah, with a mass of amazing wildlife.

Wherever you go in the vast Masai Mara you will see an abundance of wildlife such as Masai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, topis, impala, hartebeests, wildebeest. Elephants, buffaloes, zebras and hippos are also found in great numbers. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal, or surveying the plains for their next meal. Cheetahs and leopards are harder to spot, but reasonably common.

Hot-air balloon trips are an entirely outstanding way of seeing the savannah plains teeming with wildlife. These Masai Mara balloon trips can be arranged at extra cost. Overnight at either Tipilikwani Mara tented Camp or similar.

DAY 3: Saturday: Protected content Saturday October’ Protected content Mara
Full day spent in the Mara game viewing. Overnight at either Tipilikwani Mara tented Camp or similar.

DAY 4: Sunday: Protected content Sunday October’ Protected content Mara to Nairobi
Depart from your safari camp indulging in a morning game drive through the Masai Mara Reserve as we exit Maasai Mara National Reserve and drive back to Nairobi at a leisurely pace. We arrive in Nairobi at the late evening with a drop-off at the point of pick-up.
