Looking for a native Hebrew and Arabic speaker M/F with a very good level of English.
Good understanding of English is a must since the team members in this project communicate in English.
To provide Customer Care and Technical Support via inbound calls and emailsfor Hebrew and Arabic speaking customers.
Prerequisites: --> Hebrew and Arabic in native or fluent level to handle calls and email --> English in a very good level --> PC and Internet knowledge. --> Technical knowledge of PC hardware is an advantage --> Advanced communication skills and strong team spirit. --> Working hours will be Sunday-Thursday 8 hours per day between 09: Protected content
