CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (3 POSITIONS) (Riga)

Here in Latvia we are looking for team members to join us in order to perform following duties:

• Register incoming delivery; quality and billing claims
• Coordinate claim clarifications within team and colleagues
• Inform persons who placed claims about progress of claim; issue and solution
• Prepare regular reports and analysis of claims
• After analysis - escalate regularly repeated claims to operations; procurement or quality managers in order to manage long-term solutions
• Support on clarifying issues/questions raised while confirming delivery and invoice quality
Or
• Implementing and maintaining the web-based specification tools, as well as coordinating and performing appropriate internal / external training
• Ensure data maintenance work to a high quality level
• Ensure appropriate communication and processes between the team and local responsibilities

Previous work experience:
• 1 year as a minimum (could be including internships), so there is an understanding what the expectations for a full time office employee are.
• Preferable previous fields of experience:
o Procurement (purchasing, sales, distribution, etc.)
o Customer service
o Work with databases

The necessary language skills:
• Candidates should definitely know German –official language of the organization.
• Italian, English, French, Swedish, Portuguese language knowledge would be seen as an advantage (ability to use language in written and verbal communication)
• NB! No mandatory necessity to know Latvian or Russian languages

Computer skills:
MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, Excel
• SAP – preferable knowledge on Material Master and Sales and Distribution modules (*actually any kind of knowledge in SAP will be seen as an advantage)
