Office Coordinator for SZ office (Shenzhen)

Hello!

We are looking for a General Services and Office Administrator.

This position is responsible for the proper operation of all company areas. It will provide the required goods and services to enhance the most efficient and productive working environment to all company staff and visitors; it will also execute, administrate, hire, schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance and general office services; evaluate service and office goods suppliers, supervise company staff, provide assistance to the General and Corporate Directions, ensure adequate tracking and timely general office communications, as well as supervise and implement safety, security and resource savings policies.
