Job description

You will be responsible for the Customer support and reservations for all properties worldwide. The program is sales oriented, however it is not considered as aggressive sales as handling only inbound calls. Customers are interested in booking or modification / cancellation of existing booking or request additional service. Main call types are reservation calls or calls related to the client's Loyalty program. All other requests are redirected to the respective department.

Requirements

Fluent in Italian and English at B2 level
Strong communication and analytical skills
Commercial mindset

Nice to have

Previous call center / customer care experience
Previous sales experience
Previous experience in hotel business and tourism will be considered as an advantage
