InterNations — A Community for American Expats in Warsaw

Hello to all Americans in Warsaw! Are you interested in getting to know fellow expats in Warsaw? Looking for advice from other Americans, e.g. wondering if there are any bars in Warsaw which will be showing your favorite baseball or American football team’s upcoming match or where to go in town for st■ turkey?

There’s no doubt about it: Warsaw is a city of resilience. The Polish capital is a modern and fast-paced city known for its reconstructed old town that contrasts with socialist realist buildings, contemporary high rises, and the numerous green spaces, its eventful history and the many museums that let you discover it, and much more! With the comprehensive network of bus, ferry, metro, tram, and train services, navigating your way around the city from one place to the next is simple. This also means that if you don’t want to live among the hustle and bustle of the center, you can enjoy a quieter life in one of the outer districts such as Ursynów or Wilanów, which are less than 15 km away from Warsaw’s center.

Although Warsaw has lots to offer, you might be wondering where and how you can meet other Americans in the city. Luckily, InterNations is here to make this easier for you! You’re warmly invited to join the InterNations community. Within our international network in Warsaw, there’s a vibrant circle of American expats from all regions of USA, including New York City, Los Angeles, and beyond.
