Learn Mindfulness in 8 weeks (Zurich)
You’ve probably noticed that the word “mindfulness” is popping up everywhere. Even though mindfulness meditation has been around for millennia, the practice of mindfulness has been steadily gaining the attention of the organizational, educational and medical field.
MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) is an 8 week complementary medicine program that combines modern science (psychology, neuroscience) with contemplative practices (meditation, breathing, light yoga).
The MBSR program is reimbursed partially by a couple of Swiss Medical Insurances.
The courses start in March Protected content Zurich and April in Basel.
