Mindfulness is fast becoming the 21st century's most useful tool in dealing with many ailment's of the modern world: - stress, pain, anxiety, depression, dissatisfaction, lack of engagement.
MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) is an 8 week complementary medicine program that combines modern science (psychology, neuroscience, medicine) with contemplative practices (breathing, introspection, meditation, light yoga).
People who take a course in MBSR say that they feel more engaged in their work, more energized and less anxious. They sleep better and have fewer physical symptoms of stress. The MBSR program is reimbursed partially by a couple of Swiss Medical Insurances.
Date: 15th Jan. - 5th March, Wednesdays, weekly from 7. Protected content , plus a half-day retreat on Sunday, February 9th.
