At first sight, the Ariana Museum is an architectural marvel in a magnificent setting. The vaulted ceiling full of stars and the great hall’s audacious colonnades surprise the visitor to the sumptuous palace built at the end of the 19th century. With a collection of 27,000 items from Switzerland, Europe and the Middle and Far East, and a witness to twelve centuries of ceramic art from the Middle Ages to modern times, the Ariana is one of Europe’s great museums specialising in the arts of fire.

I propose a visit to both levels - lower and 1st floor - of this magnificent museum. We meet at 14:00 at the entrance of the museum. After the visit, we can stroll around the museum venue and enjoy a drink or ice-cream together.
