Aperitivo Italiano - Italienisches Ritual für Genießer III

The Aperitivo Italiano is the symbol of Italian enjoyment. No wonder if after all, Italy is considered THE motherland of the aperitivo.
What is an aperitivo italiano?
An aperitivo is usually an alcoholic drink consumed before dinner.
Aperitivo Antipasti and Apericena
For true aperitivo lovers, one thing should not be missing from the aperitivo: small appetizers and snacks. This includes, for example, small bruschette, pieces of focaccia, chips, olives, taralli, grissini, nuts or various cheese and ham delicacies that are nibbled alongside the drink. These appetizers and snacks alone always make the aperitivo a very tasty treat!
Since the mid Protected content , the classic aperitivo has evolved into a so-called "apericena", i.e. an aperitivo with a buffet. This combination of aperitivo and cena (the Italian word for dinner) is widespread, especially in northern Italy. As a rule, you pay a fixed price for the first drink at the Apericena and can then feast on unlimited Italian delicacies. Apericena is essentially a dinner substitute at a relatively low price. In addition to classic appetizers, there are also rice and pasta dishes or various vegetable cakes.
