CURATOR´S GUIDED TOUR CONTEMPORAY ART
Soy Energía is Sandra Vásquez de la Horra's first institutional retrospective exhibition in Europe and is dedicated to her experimental practice, focusing on her spatial, energetic and global thinking. The Chilean artist combines transnational and indigenous perspectives in her multidisciplinary artistic practice. Her oeuvre, which primarily consists of drawings and paintings, but also includes film and performance, encompasses complex events, stories, rituals and beliefs rooted both in her upbringing in Chile and in her many years living in Germany.
