Dear Members

So I tried out this restaurant this week and it was amazing. Probably the best Asian food I have tasted, most definitely the best duck ever.

At yā they would like to invite you on a journey into the heart of traditional Chinese cuisine. With authentic Cantonese barbecue dishes and delicious dim sum, they accompany your senses in an exclusive and stimulating ambience into the Middle Kingdom of China.

The name yā is Pinyin {the phonetic Mandarin script} and means duck. They refine the traditionally prepared Peking duck here in the yā with an exquisite Cantonese spice palette - the specialty of their cuisine, which they freshly carve at the table and serve in small, freshly baked pancakes with a delicious hoisin sauce. Off course if you do not wish to have duck, they offer a selection of difference choices for almost every tastebud. As well a tradition tea ceremony as well as beverages, cocktails and wines.

Closer to the time I will ask you to confirm you attendance. There is however a fee of EUR 20 deposit which will get back at the dinner table as to make the reservation they took my credit card and have a no show / late cancellation fee of EUR 20 per person.

Strict cancellation policy 50 hours in advance.

Kind Regards
JP
