Mindfulness In Motion - 45 min Yoga Flow
Namaste, Internations friends.
During times of crisis and uncertainty, it is essential to stay calm and grounded in the Mind, while strong and supple in the Body. Yoga allows to release stress and unsettling emotions (in the form of dense energy) from Mind and Body. This class focuses on therapeutic Yogic movement synchronized with breath and promotes Mindfulness in every motion.
Class is FREE and OPEN-LEVEL.
Some Yoga experience is preferred but not required.
Class offers an opportunity to gently reset Mind and Body, lift the spirit and harmonize internal life processes.
What you will need: Computer/iPad or Cell Phone, Yoga mat, small towel
Recommended: Join class Protected content prior to starting time to ensure there are no technical issues
