Weekly Beach Bootcamp (Barcelona)

Looking for that extra weekly workout. Packed with laughter and camaraderie, our 1 hour outdoor sessions are guaranteed to maximise inch loss, improve shape and fitness level.

We vary the workout from session to session, but all classes combine variety of fun and effective moves designed to help you get fitter and improve shape.

The Bootcamp Workout includes:
