My temporary contract as a Management Assistant with the European Central Bank is coming to an end in June. I am therefore looking for a new employer in a similar role.
I currently support 3 managers and a team of 25 colleagues in the Market Operations directorate general of the ECB. My responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, organizing meetings, coordinating recruitment campaigns, simple accounting and optimizing administrative processes via IT applications and Document Management systems (SAP, LiveLink).
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree specialized in Translation. Before coming to Germany I worked in Montreal, in the translation and advertising industries as a Project Coordinator for General Motors of Canada, the Canadian Health Agency and L'Oréal.
