German call centre/customer services agent London
Do you speak German and English fluently? You would handle designated calls and emails in your language, providing quotations and assistance for passenger ferry bookings within your language skills, but must also have a good level of both written and spoken English.
The ideal applicants will be PC literate, have excellent organisational skills, and an eye for detail. You will also be a friendly and self-motivated individual who is able to work within a call centre environment.
Each applicant must be eligible to work in the UK and have a National Insurance Number and a bank account.
-Provide telephone and e-mail passenger ferry quotations
-Maintain service levels
-Provide Customer services
-Excellent written and spoken ability within language skills
-Retail travel or call centre experience is an advantage but not essential
-Excellent customer services skills
-A good geographical knowledge of Europe is desirable
-42.5 hours/week + overtime
-£17,000/year + overtime
Contract: 7/8 months with possibility to stay depending on the business.
