To join a small independent property company in Tower Hill. You will be required to provide assistance with business development and also administration support to one member of staff and one director. You will also have your own tasks independent of the others in the team.

The ideal candidate will be meticulous, detail oriented, organised and work well under pressure. This is a demanding role where an ability to anticipate and think ahead is essential. A warm demeanour for interacting with clients, coupled with an ability to work independently and prioritise tasks is required for a successful applicant. We are a very close knit office and are looking for someone who can be a reliable and resourceful part of our small team.

Essential skills and qualities:

•Working in an estate agent (preferably in the lettings department)
•Strong IT skills especially Word, Excel and Internet
•General office/administration experience in a busy environment
•Ability to organise, prioritise and systemise
•Confident telephone manner
•Excellent time management
•Enthusiasm and motivation
•Ability to work on your own as well as part of a busy team
•Good attention to detail & resourceful
•Ability to think on your feet and keep calm under pressure
•A hard worker who is happy to get their hands dirty
•Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)


•Holiday rental lettings or hotel/hospitality experience
•An interest in or understanding of social media
•Strong numeracy skills
•Ability to write marketing material or other creative writing experience
•Easy commuting distance to London, E1, is also preferred.
