ESTAma (UK) Ltd. seeks to appoint a German speaking Assistant to the Investment Team to join an exciting business unit at our London office. Following its successes in asset, centre and property management, ESTAma founded an investment agency team based in London in Protected content . The team is currently mandated to sell properties in excess of €250 million in Germany.

ESTAma is an asset management, property and centre management specialist with properties worth over €3 billion and a net rental income of €250m p.a. under management. With Protected content in eleven offices across Germany, we are responsible for more than Protected content across the retail, leisure, logistics and office sectors with 2.1 million square meters of floor space and more than 3,100 managed lease contracts.

There is a current requirement within ESTAma for a dynamic team assistant who is keen to expand his/her skills within property investment. The role will involve hands on work with the investment team in supporting the administration of sales negotiations; preparation of sales particulars from various internal and external sources of information including translations and proof reading; and generally supporting extensive communication with potential purchasers in Germany and Europe. Daily responsibilities will include record keeping and data management of on-going enquiries from purchasers and supplying information on request.

The ideal candidate will have excellent language skills in spoken and written German and English as well as advanced skills in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A pro-active approach, self-motivation as well as a professional and confident manner are needed to be successful. A willingness to learn new skills and the desire to support the teams endeavours. The role offers potential for future progression within the investment team.
