Hiring: Norwegian Campaign Manager based in LDN (London)

Role description
The main responsibility will be to manage the retention of customers and grow lifetime value through content creation, campaign development and email marketing for Maria.com Norway. Together with the Country Manager, making the Norwegian operations the most profitable and well run country in the group. Help out the White Label Manager with the retention of the customers.

Key responsibilities of the role
* Overall responsibility for Maria website (Norwegian market)
* All content creation, flash banners and proof reading on site - you
will own the site and need to ensure it looks great
* Adapt the centralised CRM plans to suit Norwegian market to help
grow customer lifetime value
* Together with the country team to develop local personalised /
targeted campaigns using relevant customer channels
* Implement segmented CRM campaigns for activation, retention
and reactivation of existing customer base across our product mix
* Cross-sell and up-sell gambling products to existing database using
relevant customer channels
* Analyse and monitor the local market: competition, customer
insight and trends
* Co-ordinate outbound marketing activity by liaising with product
teams, briefing data, copy and graphics requirements, setting up
related bonuses and testing customer response mechanisms
through the CRM interface
* Analysing the campaigns and preparation of various market
related reports
* Other CRM related activities including translations and ad hoc
projects.

We're looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge and experience

* Native level Norwegian speaker and also fluent in English
* Excellent copy-writing skills, including accurate translation is a
must
* Key skills will include: planning, scheduling and analytical abilities
as well as strong numeracy and PC skills.
* Good interpersonal skills and organisational skills will be essential
to the role

A successful candidate will be self-motivated, flexible and innovative with good problem solving skills

A knowledge of Casino / Bingo would be advantageous, but is not necessary

Previous experience of direct marketing / CRM either through agency or client-side roles, having had responsibility for coordinating or executing customer communication campaigns is an advantage, but not a neccesity - we are happy to train the right candidate
