The Role

The Lawyer Talent Coordinator is a varied role which is based in Belfast and will support the day to day running of Axiom’s Global Lawyer Talent team. The LT Coordinator will help support Axiom’s job postings for candidates globally as well as conduct routine audits of employee data. They will also support Axiom’s retention initiatives and provide access for lawyers to research platforms and databases.
Our ideal candidate will be thoughtful, courteous, proactive and a strong team player. To better support our European office, a fluency in German is also highly desirable.

Specifically the Lawyer Talent Coordinator will be responsible for:

•Writing hand-written birthday cards to Axiom lawyers globally on a monthly basis
•Organising lawyer anniversary and other gifts to recognise their tenure and service
•Maintaining, and conducting routine audits of, all lawyer employee data
•Conducting remote orientation sessions for new Axiom lawyers which include training lawyers on Axiom’s HR and time-entry systems
•Providing access for lawyers to third party research databases
•Creating and maintaining all job postings globally
•Assisting an established attorney ‘help desk’ team by responding to phone calls, emails and voicemails in an accurate, timely and professional manner. (German speaker highly desirable as we have recently opened offices in Frankfurt and Zurich)
•Carrying out special analysis and/or other ad-hoc projects/responsibilities as assigned.

•Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional environment
•Fluent in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel and PowerPoint
•A great communicator with strong written and verbal skills
•Previous experience of manipulating and presenting data
•Strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail
•Demonstrable experience of problem solving or answering client queries
•Ability to work as part of a team


•Minimum 2.1 degree in any field
•Fluent in German
