We are currently recruiting for a talented Reservations agent fluent in English, Chinese, Mandarin and Cantonese) to join our reservations/sales department, looking after serviced apartments in central London.
Working closely with Sales and marketing, our Reservations department is often the first point of contact for potential guests.
As Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for answering guest reservation enquiries, receiving, processing and confirming guest reservations, as well as updating reservations, cancellations and amendments and helping the marketing/sales department.
You will need to have very strong administrative skills, be “computer literate” in Microsoft Word and Outlook as well as possessing a pleasant phone manner. A strong mastery of written and spoken English is essential as well as sound numerical skills. Knowledge of basic operational aspects of a hotel/serviced apartments is essential. Previous experience of working in a similar establishment is preferred.
