We are looking for an organised and proactive person to efficiently run the business on a day to day basis.
Duties needed to be performed:
Secretarial work, Office Management;
Extensive liaising with clients;
Preparation and management of Excel spreadsheets;
All administrative and secretarial support to Management and trading team;
Undertaking data base creation;
Other general duties.
You need the following qualifications:
Fluency in English (written and oral communication);
A good level of spoken Spanish is welcome;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office;
Good typing skills;
Ability to work in a team or independently and be able to take your own initiative;
Ability to learn quickly and meet constant deadlines;
Energetic, confident, well disciplined, responsible, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload / multitask;
Minimum Two years of experience;
Salary: £13, Protected content (depending on experience) for 5 hours /day, 5 days /week depending on experience
