Thanks to InterNations, I had the chance to get to know some fellow Scandinavians here in Luxembourg -- even a Norwegian from my town.

Luxembourg gives you the possibility to "make it happen". People here are speaking many different languages and you’ll get possibilities to learn everything you want. Small country with lots of opportunities.

What Italians don't like in Luxembourg

While it is something that I can't change, I really don't like the weather here.

The cost of living is way too high, especially to rent/buy a house/apartment.

Very few cultural opportunities after work, there are no conference meetings regarding topics that go beyond business, the very few that I heard of are not held in English. Moreover, it is not considered that the majority of workers in Luxembourg work beyond 6pm which is the time when everything closes.

I wish there was more entertainment and cultural options.
