We're searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative – eCom to join our team in Starnberg (near Munich), Bavaria.
Reporting to the Regional Customer Service Manager - Europe , you'll be the first point of contact for our retailers and customers, providing information about products, orders, deliveries and promotions. You'll also provide a first class customer service experience to all who touch the business and you'll manage an account portfolio, which will include outbound sales and service calls.
You’ll be servicing our direct to consumer business and will be key to delivering on our ambitious growth plans for our eCom channel in Europe. It’s a role for an Icebreaker who shops online and knows what it means to give an exceptional online customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
•previous experience and a successful track record in a Customer Service or Sales Support role, in a fast-paced, high growth company
•tertiary qualification in a business discipline
•fluent in English along with excellent French language abilities and basic knowledge in German
•outstanding customer service standards
•excellent communication skills – in particular a confident and positive phone manner
•experience working with computer systems and software
•high attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
•great time-management and prioritizing skills
