Job Purpose: Provides basic HR support, within the HR Business Partnership framework, for 2 European countries/regions (DACH and Italy/Emerging Markets).
Key Responsibilities & Duties: Support HR Generalist with the following: Assist in the preparation and execution of local HR initiatives, programs & policies HR administration (e.g. facilitating checklists, employee filing, absense tracking) Recruitment – posting of open vacancies, reviewing & circulating profiles to hiring managers Preparation of employment contracts & new hire/leaver documentation Special projects as assigned by HR Generalist (e.g. support L&D initiatives)
Person Specification University background (preferably in HR related subject) or equivalent experience Prior HR experience & exposure to an HR generalist environment within a multinational company Fluent written and verbal language skills in German and English MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to deal effectively with multiple projects/tasks Adherence to deadlines & time management skills Hands on involvement & positive attitude Attention to detail Protected content
