PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Within the Global Center of Excellence for SAP Hybris, our broader team is building up an innovate Sales Enablement organization. Beside of product information, competitive intelligence and other content parts, compelling customer stories are key to the success of our sales teams.

This is where we, the Customer References Team, come into play. And with that mission in mind, we are reinventing the way we capture, tell and provide the success stories of our customers not only internally to the but also externally for marketing and demand generation purposes.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern assisting our Customer References team (Marketing & Sales) with your excellent writing, editing and publishing skills in English.

About the role:
•Writing and publishing marketing content (customer success stories) for different regions, industries and solutions. Editorial storytelling to deliver unique, engaging and high quality content to our target audience.
•Assist in the current project of revamping our website Protected content with content (customer logos, assets etc.) – understanding also the basic principles of SEO
•Maintaining and promoting internal CRM tools
•Produce reporting to stakeholders
•You’ve got creative flair (so have opinions on what makes content visually appealing), you approach things from an analytical point of view and have an excellent attention to detail.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
•Student (f/m) - preferred field(s) of study: Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, Business Economics or similar
•Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel); Communication tools such as Skype, Adobe InDesign would be a nice to have
•Language skills: Ideally English on a native speaker level with highly developed writing skills and masterful grasp of the English language. German or any other language is nice to have, but not necessary
•Soft skills: Positive team spirit and ability to work in a virtual and global team; Open personality, communicator, flexible, reliable; Excellent team player and proactive networking abilities on a global basis; High degree of motivation and the ability to work independently; High affinity for technology, software and e-commerce
•Others: Experience in publishing and editing; excellent communication and organization skills, analytical, conceptual; knowledge of SAP systems is desirable, but not a limiting factor; curiosity and ability to think creatively
