We are a sightseeing tour operator called “Gray Line of Orlando” based near International Drive, Orlando and we are looking to hire an Operations/Reservation Assistant. The job responsibilities includes some administration work (creating pick up manifest, compiling tour guide paperwork, booking of vendors), customer service (dealing with clients on tour, dealing with booking of tours), accounting (collating tour guides daily paperwork) and sales (answering on website requests and emails, answering telephone calls for sales and bookings). Since we have a lot of international clients, language skills are always preferred. Knowledge of the Orlando tourism hotel areas is required and some knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred.
