Hello! I am Master Trainer,Fitness&Motivational Coach (and psychologist). I do mobile personal training in Quito (in the park, in your house or wherever is best for you). If you want to lose weight, tone your body, gain more strength and energy in your daily activities or get back to shape after childbirth I can help! People of all age group are welcome!
In the training sessions we do kickboxing, pilates based exercises, use dumbbells, resistance bands, bosu and fit ball. I mix cardio and strength trainig with the strong emphasis on core muscles.
I also provide nutritional coaching, motivational and psychological support (all included in the Personal Training package).
