SALES REPRESENTATIVE AT HAPPY GRINGO TRAVEL AGENCY (Quito)

We are looking for a highly talented and competitive Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be very comfortable making dozens of phone-calls per day, working under pressure, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

If you are great at sales, you could earn more than $ Protected content month – there is no top to the amount of commissions you can make. If you are not good at sales, don´t apply for this job!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand customer needs and requirements, and match our travel products to the customer
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quota by attending customers via e-mail and phone
- Actively use the cold calling technique to close sales
- Provide our customers with high level of customer service
- Work effectively in our sales team to reach team goals and quota
- Research the use of sales techniques, identify key techniques and use these actively and effectively in the sales process

REQUIREMENTS:

- High level of spoken and written English
- Proven sales experience (no experience in sales – prove us you can learn!)
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Honest and highly trustworthy personality
