Free culture-stress relief for business sojourners (San Francisco)
Hi there. Are you a foreign worker on business to the U.S. or foreign partner/spouse of a foreign worker who is feeling frustrated, tense, sad, or lonely? I'm conducting research down at Sofia University in Palo Alto that may help.
My name is Sam. I'm a professional counselor who's searching for volunteers from the business sojourner community (defined below) to experience "mirror meditation for culture stress." This is dissertation research for my PhD in psychology. It's 100% free, anonymous, and confidential. The last participant described instructed mirror meditation as "deeply comforting." I chose this topic because of my own international background and the fact I love working with fellow intrepid world travelers.
