Position within the organization
The Sales Executive reports to the Sales Director and Head of Client Success
Purpose of this position
The Sales Executive is responsible for business development in key European markets and provides daily account management. This is primarily a commercial role in a high growth environment. Focus is on sales and new business development.
Tasks and responsibilities
Your tasks will among others be:
Sales and new business. Proactively generate new business with corporates/high volume companies or agencies. You will do this by phone, email and social media.
Key account management. Develop a deep professional relationship with your top 10 accounts according to the account plan that you will develop as well. This involves forecast, contacting key decision makers by phone and on location (e.g. 2x per year).
Customer support and training to help clients maximize their use of our video recruitment platform in order to create an efficient recruitment process.
Skills and experience
We value personality over experience, but these things will be required:
Language proficiency in English (primary) and another European language. You will need to be able to communicate with sales prospects both in writing and verbally
High work ethic and intensity. This means that you are results-oriented and have a tenacious go-getter mentality
Online savvy. We are an online software company and expect our team members to be internet and technology savvy
