Being an Account Manager
You will be given the unique opportunity to manage your own client accounts and are responsible for building and maintaining working relationships with them. This means, answering customer questions and queries by email and telephone. With your enthusiastic attitude you are able to promote and communicate special offers about our service to prospective clients. In addition to communicating with clients, you will be required to maintain and update customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, handle administrative tasks and follow up on outstanding payments. At SkyDreams we find it important that you are aware and adhere to company policies and guidelines when dealing with clients.
You love to:
• Be responsible for your own websites and client groups
• Identify growth opportunities within your client accounts
• Build and maintain working relationships with your client accounts
• You handle negotiations with a commercial mindset
• Add value for your client accounts by developing ideas and follow through to achieve a win-win situation for the client and the business (through projects)
• Promote and communicate special offers about our service to prospective clients by telephone and email
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Be responsible for entering customer information in the CRM system
• Provide feedback and follow through on areas for developing and improving internal processes
• Be aware and adhere to company policies and guidelines when dealing with clients
• Answer customer questions and queries by email and telephone
You are likely to succeed if you have/are:
• A Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration or related education
• At least Protected content of experience in Account Management (preferably B2B) and/or Customer Service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (native English speaker)
• Ability to use different communication techniques
• Good overview of your client groups and you have an eye for detail
• Determination, proactiveness and positive professional attitude
• A Team player, who is accurate and has planning and organisational skills
• Able to collaborate at a professional level in a fast growing business
• You are a fun person
