Are you a native German student and passionate about Human Resources? Are you seeking an Internship that will provide you with the opportunity to work in an open work environment that is rich in cultural diversity? As a Recruitment Intern you will get the opportunity to make your mark and contribute to our ambitious HR and Recruitment team. Improve your HR knowledge by pro-actively learning from the team and develop your Recruitment skills from improving your day-to-day activities. Beyond learning, you will also get valuable working experience and you will have a number of independent tasks, with shared responsibility with the Recruiter.

Just the right challenge for you:

You will be based in our Amsterdam office and your main task is sourcing candidates for multiply internships in VIMN Germany.
Take ownership and support the Recruiter in sourcing activities such as; tweaking job ads, active candidate search on internet databases, create smart and engaging advertisement for social media;
Ownership of and act as the main contact person for hiring managers and HR of VIMN Germany in Internships and temporary positions recruiting activities;
Assess and evaluate application materials and give recommendations;
Reporting of Recruitment KPI’s;
Ensure timely and secure administration of all mandatory recruitment information and documents;
Actively participate in recruitment projects such as employer branding, campus recruitment and improvement of recruitment tools & processes.

You are enrolled at an University (Human Resources) and you would like to do a practical internship as a part of your study;
You have the drive and ambition to become an HR professional;
Native German, good working knowledge of English.
You have a pro-active attitude and high degree of accountability;
You have a creative spirit and a good sense of humor.
