Customer Support Representative Sweden
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative for the Swedish team.
This is a support position within an international environment handling sales and general issues. Duties shall include all facets of customer service. You will be interacting with clients via telephone & email e.g. order processing, solving problems and answering questions.
We offer you the chance to gain experience in an international and dynamic environment. It’s a permanent, fulltime job in Amersfoort, the Netherlands (near Amsterdam).
o Handling all incoming telephone calls and e-mail contacts from your customers;
o Enter customer orders accurately into the system;
o Dealing with queries from customers regarding order status and deliveries;
o Ensure database accuracy with updates as required;
o Provide excellent customer service.
The Position Requires
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish (native) are required;
o Minimum 1 year of customer support experience;
o Ability to multi-task under minimal supervision with an eye for detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
o Living less than 50 km of Amersfoort or willing to relocate;
o Self-starter, highly organized, be able to work with deadlines and hands on mentality.
