Sales Manager non food (Amsterdam)

You will be responsible for driving sales and margin targets for all non-food segments( oleo, bio energy, fee) & managing a small team of Sales Managers;
Developing and implementing a plan and strategy per segment;
Ensure optimal results at existing customers and the acquisition of new ones;
Responsible for large accounts and able to manage few people as well;
Your office for this position is based in Noord Holland;
Develop and implement portfolio sales strategy;
Identify customer needs and translate them to propositions;
Manage customer projects making use of CRM;
Visit customers (travel approx. 30%);
Maximize customer satisfaction;
Build out relationships;
Qualifications and Education Requirements
* Bachelor or Master’s Degree, preferably in a commercial field;
* At least 5+ years in a commercial role within the area of Feed, Oleo, Energy or Commodity Trading (absolute must);
* You must be able to speak and write English fluently;
* Experience in managing a small team is an advantage but not a must if it is the next logical step in your career;
* Technical experience in regards to applications (through education or work) is a big plus;
