Working time Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
$7.50 per hour 3 months probation
$ 7.65 per hour after probation period

As a Spanish speaking Contact Centre Agent your role will be to provide a first class service through verbal communication to customers, creating a "right first time" culture throughout the customer journey. You will go the extra mile by reflecting on the customers' needs on an individual basis and taking ownership to reach a suitable resolution for all queries/concerns.
Duties & Experience
The duties for the role include:
Assisting with the achievement of operational PCA/SLA
Being passionate about customer service and looking to ensure a "right first time" approach is demonstrated on each customer interaction
Ensuring that any contacts where further customer contact is required are actioned on the same day as receipt from the line manager
Being positive about business change and adapt quickly to changes in products, services and operational processes.
Championing effective communication within the team
Providing support to the marketing/product departments and international territory managers with translations.
The skills for the role include:
Fluent in Spanish
Excellent customer service skills
