Customer Service Agent - Part-time Madrid OFFER!!
Magic Rentals is a leading Apartment Accommodation provider in Madrid. We offer apartments to tourists and businessmen visiting the city for short-stays.
Due to rapid growth, we now need a small number of check-in agents to help with customer arrivals. This is a Part-Time role and will depend on the number of check-ins per week.
* Prepare documentation for customer arrival
* Meet the customer in the centre of Madrid
* Process payments
* Save documents onto our system
* Responsible and mature, and focus on detail
* VERY GOOD level of ENGLISH
* Fluent Spanish
* Always be ON TIME! NEVER be late!
* Enjoy meeting people, friendly and good personal presentation
* Basic computer skills
You can fit the job into other part-time jobs you may have. We expect you to be Protected content live in the centre of Madrid. Work can involve late arrivals and over the weekend.
Full training will be provided, followed by a trial check-in.
