The job:
- The role of the Operations Manager is to manage and execute the logistics processes of conferences throughout Europe.
- Researching and booking appropriate venues for conferences
- Responsible for general administration, logistics, print materials and marketing related activities
- Ensuring quality control checks are in place and executed as per company policy
- Providing excellent, consistent customer service towards relevant outside parties
- Assisting General manager with office duties and related administration
- Creation of internal invoices and processing of external invoices

Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Computer literate including knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat
- Native or Native Level English - oral & written communication skills are a prerequisite. Ability to proof English language documents A MUST
- Business level of Spanish both spoken and written
- Perform activities within budgets/targets/planning
- Highly organised with high attention to detail and deadline oriented
- Pro-active with strong problem solving skills
- The ability to work both independently and be a flexible & supportive team member
- Service & multi task oriented
- Good communication skills both internally and externally
- Ability and availability to travel
