Opportunity for a CRM Business Analyst with a Financial Services company here in Bahrain, Proficient in CRM administrative tasks such as creating profiles, roles, users, page layouts, email services, approvals, permission sets, workflows, reports, dashboards, tasks and events. • Experience designing custom formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes for automated alerts, field updates, and email generation according to application requirements. • Understand all aspects of CRM configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including: system maintenance, troubleshooting, and all changes and potential system implications related to the CRM release upgrades. • Serve as first line system support for all CRM users.
