We are searching a Trade Investment Champion for a multinational FMCG enterprise in Jeddah, KSA or Bahrain
Reports to: Geographic Business Accountability (Sales Director)
The role: Accountable for Building the company’s capabilities around improving return on investment, educating team members and developing stronger customer relationships by identifying win-win opportunities
Manage the trade spend as an investment budget by creating the needed performance processes, and tolls that enable the business to get the best return on investment.
Optimize spend and trade contract structure and ensure it is aligned with company’s strategy
Optimize promotional plans by making concrete changes to promotional plans, shifting promotional investment into winning promotional events that deliver company and the retailer better contribution
Optimize in Store Execution by Ensuring trade spend is delivering results in-store by optimising in-store monitoring and control
Control the Three Buckets spend and advice on where to place incremental trade spend investment through the year
Deliver post evaluation procedures for GCC promotions by working closely with the Business analyst and finance team
Bachelor Degree, (Masters preferred)
Minimum 3 years continuous job experience, which should include excellent understanding of or experience in Sales, Marketing and Finance
Proven track record of delivering business results
Experience in Trade /Customer management
Experience in presenting Strategic business recommendation
Strong Quantitative and analytical skills
