Is TEFL a long shot? (Milan)
I studied in Milan in college and met my boyfriend there. We have been dating for almost a year.
I want to relocate to Milan not just to be with him, but as a personal challenge for myself. I speak some Italian but I understand it better than I speak. I have considered getting TEFL certified, but would love some advice on how likely I could get a job with that.
I am a journalist, but I believe I could probably do just about anything if an employer asked me to. I am an excellent communicator with good customer service skills, a hard-working attitude and a professional demeanor. I think I would be qualified for many entry-level positions.
Would anyone out there be interested? Also, please, someone give me more real-time knowledge on the success rate of having a TEFL certificate.
