Rent for summer in hip area-650€/m all inclusive! (Paris)

For €650/month, all inclusive (and by this, we mean everything : utilities, wifi + individual ethernet connections, local and international calling), My French husband and I (American living in France for 30 years--OMG has it really been that long?!) are renting out 3 rooms for the summer in our huge house in a hip residential Brooklyn-like neighborhood in Bas-Montreuil/Bagnolet (just Protected content from the Paris city limit) less than 5 minutes' walk from the nearest metro station. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom (with shower sink and toilet). The bedrooms are sunny, well insulated (great for privacy), and well furnished, with hardwood parquet floors. We share the big ground floor (living room, dining room, big equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer), opening onto a secluded private terrace--perfect for relaxing in the cool shade of the trees or a friendly barbecue. It's like a secret little piece of the country nestled in the city. The neighborhood, a diverse mix of bourgeois-bohemian artists and filmmakers, young families, retirees, students etc--is very laid back and social--the locals hang out together and often organize local social events (block parties, picnics, etc.)--our neighborhood even has its own facebook page!). Newcomers are quickly welcomed if they want to join in the fun. Hey, you can even perfect your French hanging out with the locals! Co-renting is a breeze, because the house was designed for it (two big fridges with freezers, big pantries, private bathroom per room, etc.) and lots of room to relax and socialize. We have a couple of house cats (plus a few random outdoor strays that occasionally come to beg for kibble) and a 16-year-old son (plus a few random outdoor adolescents who occasionally come to beg for junk food). For the moment, our rooms are only available for July-August and the first half of September, because our current co-tenants are returning around mid-September. That being said, we will probably have options to offer those interested in extending their stay, because we are in the process of finishing a set of spanking-new furnished rental apartments on another part of the property (some of which should be finished this fall). If you're interested, don't delay: we're interviewing now. Rental space close to the metro and representing good value for the money tends to go fast.
