English Speaking Psychologist (Santiago de Chile)

Good day! I am a Chilean who lived in England from 6 until 19 years old. I finished my A levels in England and came for a year out to Chile and..ended up staying! I studied Psychology in The Catholic University of Valparaíso - a 5 year course, with professional outplacement and thesis.
I am a systemic constructivist therapist and work with brief therapy (not more than 12 sessions). I am more interested in how you explain what´s happening to you rather than telling you what´s wrong with you and what you should be doing.
That´s the starting point.
The first three sessions will be mainly for discussing relevant details, I will make lots of questions about you and the significant people in your life that are involved in the situation that actually affects you - and will also give you some feedback. This is mainly to have a clear idea of the way you cope with the situation that afflicts you, the way you deal with the people concerned in this situation, your relevant personal history and possible paths towards change.
We should be seeing some positive changes around the fifth to eighth session.
Please feel free to ask any questions or advice; I will be happy to answer you.
I am 45 years old and mother of two young teenagers.
Best regards, Claudia Toledo
