•Respond quickly and accurately to customer queries, requests and issues
•Offer corporate customers unique solutions
•Find new ways to offer corporate customers a better experience
•Suggest new ways to improve processes and relationship care

Required skills:

•Clear Customer service experience with exceptional listening and relationship building skills
