Hello to all Americans in Cologne! Are you interested in getting to know fellow expats in Cologne? Looking for advice from other Americans, e.g. wondering if there are any bars in Cologne which will be showing your favorite baseball or American football team’s upcoming match or where to go in town for st■ turkey?

There’s no doubt about it: Cologne has more to offer than just its famous cathedral. The cultural center is a major German city known for its annual Carnival celebrations and long history, but also for the many universities, art museums and galleries, and beer halls found in Cologne, and much more! With the comprehensive network of buses, trams, suburban (S-Bahn) and underground (U-Bahn) trains, regional railway connections, and as well as a comprehensive urban ring-road system, navigating your way around the city from one place to the next is simple. This also means that if you don’t want to live among the hustle and bustle of the center, you can enjoy a quieter life in the towns of the Cologne – Bonn region, which are only a short journey away from Cologne’s center.

Although Cologne has lots to offer, you might be wondering where and how you can meet other Americans in the city. Luckily, InterNations is here to make this easier for you! You’re warmly invited to join the InterNations community. Within our international network in Cologne, there’s a vibrant circle of American expats from all regions of USA, including New York City, Los Angeles, and beyond.
