InterNations — A Community for American Expats in Stuttgart

Hello to all Americans in Stuttgart! Are you interested in getting to know fellow expats in Stuttgart? Looking for advice from other Americans, e.g. wondering if there are any bars in Stuttgart which will be showing your favorite baseball or American football team’s upcoming match or where to go in town for st■ turkey?

There’s no doubt about it: Stuttgart can offer a great quality of life. The capital of Baden-Württemberg is a quite multicultural city known for its automotive industry, the long history of growing wine in and around the city, the Stuttgart Radion Symphony Orchestra, which is one of Germany’s most prestigious symphony orchestras, and much more! With the comprehensive network of underground (U-Bahn), suburban (S-Bahn), and regional rail lines, tramways, bus routes, a rack railway (Zahnradbahn), and even a funicular, navigating your way around the city from one place to the next is simple. This also means that if you don’t want to live among the hustle and bustle of the center, you can enjoy a quieter life in the surrounding suburbs, which are just a short commute away from Stuttgart’s center.

Although Stuttgart has lots to offer, you might be wondering where and how you can meet other Americans in the city. Luckily, InterNations is here to make this easier for you! You’re warmly invited to join the InterNations community. Within our international network in Stuttgart, there’s a vibrant circle of American expats from all regions of USA, including New York City, Los Angeles, and beyond.
