    there is a good etisalat package ( 150 AED ) per month gives you 5 GB data and (500 local minutes or 200 flexible minutes ). I thinks DU also has similar packages.

    Nope sadly not. Maids nannies are catorgorised differently and have to be sponsored by an employer or agency to work. Working on their husbands visa is illegal, so same fines etc apply.
