AFFILIATE MANAGER (Russian Speaking) (Kuala Lumpur)

We are currently looking for an AFFILIATE MANAGER to join the awesomeness of Indoleads.com in Kuala Lumpur. Your main responsibilities will be:
•Recruitment of new affiliates via various digital marketing channels such as but not limited to social media, news outlets and digital advertising.
•Conducting commercial negotiations with publishers in the interests of the company.
•Harmonisation of conditions of work with publishers, drawing up and signing contracts and additional agreements with the participation and under conditions agreed with other departments of the Company.
•Alignment of the interaction between technical integration managers and affiliates.
•Organisation of reporting documentation (invoice acts of acceptance) for the campaigns of affiliates in the Indoleads system.
•Analysis of the statistical data on the turnover campaigns assigned to the manager, as well as campaigns for certain business lines in the Indoleads.
•Collection and analysis of information about the current and potential affiliates, competitors, tracking changes in the conditions, the study and analysis of the competition policy in relations with its affiliates.
•Control of the plan for traffic by leads (sales) and the commission in the context of the system set out partners and across the board.
•Launching various campaigns to encourage affiliates.
•Reaching agreement on the establishment of promotional codes and control their placement in the Indoleads.

•Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.
•Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
•Ability to make formal and informal presentations to staff and clients.
•Ability to prioritize work assignments and needs of the department or business goals.
•Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated.
•Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability.
•Ability to thrive in fast-paced & start-up environment.
•Proactive, independent thinker with high energy & positive attitude.
•Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
