Systems Administrator vacancy - Location can be: Malaysia, Manila, Australia or USA
The ServiceNow system administrator is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, this system in a global environment. They work as a member of a team undertaking operational monitoring, handling incident and service requests and on multiple projects relating to process improvement and system enhancement.
Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experience.
Strong knowledge and experience with multiple system environments, servers, and storage devices.
Knowledge and training in ITIL, and experience working in customer support environment
Knowledge and experience in ServiceNow service management platform
3-5 years of relevant information technology work experience
